Whitley County Kentucky Checkers Tournament

The Whitley County Kentucky Checkers tournament will be Saturday, September 9th, 2006 in Williamsburg, KY on the court house square. Registration at 9:30am and the round robin play starts at 10:00am. There will 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place trophies given. It is during the Old Fashion Trading Days Festival, so there is lots of music, food, and trading. The tournament usually last about 4 hours. Whitley Co. is in the Southeast corner of the State and located in the Eastern Coal Field. It is 70 miles straight above Knoxville, TN on I-75.
